Coat rack called 'Notenbalk' or 'Toonladder' redesigned in 1955 by Tjerk Reijenga for Pilastro. Tjerk Reijenga based this on the coat rack model GW1, designed in 1953 by Coen de Vries for the company Devo in The Hague, where it was taken into production in 1954.

 

Tjerk Reijenga was the head of the design department of the Dutch company Pilastro during the 1950s and 1960s.

 

Its sleek and minimalist design makes it a timeless eye-catcher in any type of interior, from vintage to modern.
