Original Pepsi-Cola cooler manufactured by Progress Refrigerator Co. in the 1950s. The cool box is made of metal with a zinc interior.
The cool box can still be used. It also has a built-in bottle opener and a 'tap' to let the melted ice flow away.
 
Given the many years of service, the cool box has signs of wear that contribute to a beautiful patina. It is of good quality and therefore quite heavy.
