Much imitated but never equalled; the original Twiggy shop window head. This was designed by the Fransman Huard in 1971 and is made of plastic. These heads were used as a hat display in shops and have since become a beautiful vintage collector's item.
 
The design of this shop window was inspired by Twiggy, the stage name of British Lesley Hornby. She was both a British supermodel and actress and singer. She grew into a true cult figure and became the face of Swinging London in the sixties.
 
The head is in beautiful condition; there is only a little bit of paint missing at the back of the head (see photo)
