These are very reminiscent of Roger Feraud's atomic style coat racks. The coat racks are about 24 cm long. In addition to the vintage signs of wear in the form of light scratches, the mint green coat rack is missing a tube at the back (see photo). This is not noticeable and is certainly not disturbing.
