This beautiful standing coat rack was designed in 1971 by Sidse Werner for the Danish furniture design company Fritz Hansen.
 
It was named 'Coat Tree' and consists of 8 curved chromed steel tubes with pressed plastic spheres. This large coat rack is robust and stable, so it can hold up to 48 coats. 
 
The simple design is fully in line with the Scandinavian tradition of objectivity and partly organic forms. This makes it timeless and makes it a beautiful eye-catcher in many different interiors.
