Very nice hanging lamp with a special design from the 1950s. The plissé around the shade is made of a type of plastic that ensures that the light is spread in a pleasant way. Both the fitting, the rod and the ceiling cap are made of Bakelite. 
 
The lamp is in beautiful vintage condition. On the inside, a small piece of Bakelite has broken off above the socket, but this is not visible and does not affect the operation.

A very nice ceiling lamp that is a nice addition to your interior!
