The 'Omega' ceiling lamp was designed by Vico Magistretti in 1960 and produced by Artemide from 1962 onwards. It was part of the first series of lamps designed by this designer during the first 10 years of Artemide's history.

The inner opaline sphere is surrounded by a smoked glass sphere, the top and bottom of which have been removed. This creates a beautiful and pleasant diffusion of light. Both glass elements are held in place by a metal disk attached directly to the ceiling.

The lamp is in beautiful vintage condition, and the glass parts are fully intact. The paint on the metal shows some signs of wear, but nothing noticeable when the lamp is hanging upright.

Due to its size/weight, this item unfortunately cannot be shipped.
