Very comfortable mid-century swivel chair from the Swiss brand Stoll Giroflex. It was manufactured in the 1960s and still has a classy character after all these years. 
 
The seat has only a few light scratches on the back, which are not disturbing. The cushions are still in good condition and are fine. The pump mechanism for adjusting the seat also works without a problem.
