Set of 3 shell chairs (coquillage) designed by Pierre Guariche in the 1950s. These were produced by the famous furniture manufacturer Meurop.

The chairs have a plastic shell that is mounted on a metal frame. The materials used make them easy to maintain and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Furthermore, the chairs are in good vintage condition and were fitted with new protective caps at the bottom.

A design icon that undoubtedly brings color to your interior or on the balcony...

Pierre Guariche (1926-1995) was a legendary French designer. He managed to design pieces of furniture that are both functional and aesthetic. Some of his creations became mythical pieces such as the Tonneau chair (1953 and 1954), the Tulip chair (1953) and the President desk (1961).
