Vintage table lamp with the model name Troll, designed by Shigeaki Asahara in the 1980s. This Italian Modern style lamp was manufactured by the Italian company Luci.

 The table lamp consists of two bases with chrome-plated metal rods that lead to the light source. By moving the bases closer or further apart, the lamp appears to move.

 The Troll table lamp stands out from Asahara's better-known works for Stilnovo (such as Tokio or Ziggurat) with its unique, playful design, characteristic of the Space Age style and typical 80s aesthetic.

 The lamp is in very nice vintage condition with hardly any signs of wear. The manufacturer's name, model, and designer are stamped under both feet.
